Not sure if any of you have seen Joanna Lumley in Class Act. I bought the box set off Ebay recently. There are 14 episodes all together. I loved Joanna in it. She is so great! There are brief moments of Patsy that show through. I have to laugh at her facial expressions and she has great comic timing. However, I disliked the lead man that played Jack. I can't think of his name at the moment. He kind of ruined it for me. Too whiny and irritating of a character for my taste. Then the girl who plays the stereo-typical Australian was ok. Joanna was the one who really stands out and makes the show. So, if you ever thought of buying it, don't. Just borrow it and copy it because the only good parts are Joanna. Later, Jacinta

I haven't seen it either, shame that it wasn't as good as you expected! Think I may see if there are any episodes to download, see what it's like.

It was good enough. I was entertained. I just couldn't stand the character "Jack". UGH! But you may like it/him more than I did. Joanna made the show pretty good and there were moments of laughter. I just think it's better to get copies and not buy the original, that's all. But I am not disappointed too much. Joanna is a very good actress.
