Okay...
Regression therapy is when you are hypnotised and the person who hypnotises you takes you back to certain times... passed lives that you've lived by asking questions. You can see who you were in previous lives, often you are able to see what has happened to you, and how you died before, and some pople even have it to overcome/understand some of their FEARS (oh Em.... got an idea there... maybe not though if Jennifer's used it in Ab Fab!...)...

God! You've got really strong views about this...
I don't know... I am staying open minded about it
"suck it and see" that's my motto! lol
How do you explain Deja vous (I know i can't spell that...)

i get dja vous all the time.
its when you go to a place youve been before and when you go in (say a shop) you remember yourself thinking the same thing or smelling the same thing as when you went into that same shop last time.
i think thats what it is.
or if your in a car and you drive past a pub say, you might find yourself thinking the same thing even if it not about the pub.
do you get it?
its hard to explain.
i always get it though.

I know what you mean... but what i mean is... how come you get it and can't remember why everyting is so familiar? You don't actually recognise the place... Maybe it's because you've been there in a previous life...? (On this morning, this woman (i think it was a woman) was regressed and she went to this place with her husband before she had the therapy and it was a cliff, she wouldn't go near it, she'd never been to that place before, and she just got upset... in the therapy it she said that she was pused off a cliff and died, and she explained the surroundings and it was just like the place where she went with her husband)....
But i don't know, they could just be very good actors...? They were crying and everything...very odd...

personally i think people who go onto tv to do things like this e.g This Morning are actors and do get paid to do this for publicity of the shows.

Maybe... but i'd still like to be regressed, just to see what all of the fuss is about!
I find all of this stuff really interesting, i wish i didn't drop psychology! Don't you find all of this interesting... and repressed memory therapy and all that?

I read somewhere that deja vu happens because your brain kind of 'stops' or 'pauses' for a mmmbop minimal part of a second. I have had a huge amount of deja vus after I got a serious blow to my head in a car accident; it's not so bad anymore - the car crash was 2½ years ago - but I still get them on and off - mostly when I am really stressed out. ~Theresa
