I've been listening to the Mark Lammar interview with Dawn and Jennifer again (and again), and I sooooooo love it! Definitely one of the funniest, and Dawn is just absolutely brilliant. Would definitely love to spend a Saturday morning with her! Anyways, I have a few things I don’t understand…<br> When they talk about the look Jennifer gave someone there, Dawn calls it "Gave him the witherer (?)" – what does it mean? And what is this Chums thing they talk about and the wonky donky dance?? Also, my audio file seems to fade out when Jennifer speaks at the end. Is that what everybody's got? thanks  |

I guess the radio show ran out of time and they had to fade out, and poor Jennifer never got her last words!
Someone wiser can explain the rest, I hope.

I'm going to reply...to pretend to be wise!
So...the 'witherer' just an evil glare from jennifer...she's good at them.
Chums is a little segment that they had on SMTV (kids tv) with Cat Deeley, Ant and Dec and whatever guests had been on the show. It was a sort of rip-off of friends.
Jennifer and Dawn were on it playing women who were going to be "exploring the wonders of the female form" and Dawn in the chanting said a line that still makes me laugh when I watch it..."We like looking at our privates"
anyway...Wonkey Donkey. It's a game they used to play on SMTV and when the Wonkey Donkey music kicked in ... everyone would get up and dance...not much to the dance. Just a bit of waving yer arms about! Anyway, for a few very breif moments Jen and Dawn can be seen doing the dance.
My audio file fades out too...I guess they just over-ran too. They should have kept taping!
Well, that might be helpful, it might not. I tried ;D

that is very helpful! thanks! its funny how Dawn says she cant give that look, and that he only got the semi-witherer, otherwise he would have withered away... ;D. that was probably her first impression of Jennifer. ;D she does have this full of contempt look sometimes, but i remember she said in another interview that it's something insecure people do, or sth like that... "exploring the wonders of the female form" - that sounds hilarious. LOL. they are welcome to explore mine every day (all day)!  |

She does one of her looks in the Richard and Judy interview...Judy says that she used to be intimidated by Jennifer and Jennifer says something like..."Oh, shall I give her a look?" and does one of her evil glares before she breaks into a slight laugh!

LOL! better to scare them than to deal with them... i love the look she gives at the end of the Kumars show, when she doesnt laugh at the boring jokes... she soooo can not hide her feelings! ;D |

I have just listened to this interview for the first time, it was so very funny!
I loved the stuff abut Jennifer having model good looks, and Lammar calling her beautiful - and I do agree with him and Dawn 100% on that! ;D

sure babe! i actually got it from the radio site, where it said that F&S asked for a laid-back interview or sth like that, and got what they wanted. the radio station seemed to be very proud of this interview. there is still a bit i cant understand. its about 3 minutes before the end, and Jennifer says sth i cant figure out, and Mark says about Dawn: "I'm surprised she didn’t pick up on that." Dawn says "That's beneath me..." and Mark says "...Jennifer said that, Not me." what said she? |
