It's about people who want to eat cake, but aren't allowed.
No, actually it's about this aristocratic lady Comtesse de Vache, played by Jennifer, and her two servants...set in Versailles 1782, or something.

Cos I'm SO bored this is what it says on the back of the DVD case...
"Welcome to the Court of Louis XVI in the fabulous Palace of Versailles, France. Outside the gates, the peasants are on the verge of revolting (already well past disgusting), whilst inside, the aristocracy are gossiping, conspiring and powdering. At the centre of all the decadent intruige are the Comtesse de Vache (Jennifer Saunders) and her all-knowing maid Lisette (Dawn French). In their own inimitable, irreverent style, our devious duo stir up half a dozen hilarious helpings of historic hysterics and henious hairdos."

god i wish they would make the blurb on the back of dvds easy to unerstand for bizzare people like me, im stood in places like HMV or Virgin Mega stores for hours trying to work out what the dvd is about, god staff have to throw me out literally of those shops, but im intitled to a discount and education in these shops. god normall people!
