If anyone has a copy of Dawn in Miss Marple or Ted and Alice or Murder Most Horrid series 1 & 2, I'd like to trade or work out a deal.

Pixie are you in over your head? I am!! I've got three trades going on at the same time and my mind feels like it's going to explode trying to keep it all straight. I shall head over to the blue forum to find the link of Miss Marple w/Dawn.

To be brutally honest you guys i am rather over my head. Im doing discs for 4 people and work and sleep and having a life haha. One disc i will do tonight. I thought i had worked out how to get my OTR's dvd that i ripped to my comp onto a DVD/R disc but none of the programmes work that are on my comp, so i wasted about 5 discs putting VOB files on them that dont even work on the comp without all the files being on there anyways. So A) I figure i need to find a FREE programme that can convert VOB's to whatever and then B) A FREE programme to Copy the files to a dvd disc. Sorry i did try but good things take time. Any help would be more than appreciated. Those stupid links on the blue boards dont help.

Aaaand..... Now i only have the dvd discs to do. After this im taking a break from the whole copying discs and being within an inch of technology haha. So basically so you understand i will attempt to explain my predicament. Last year i ripped OTR's to my comp from a dvd. I figured i could burn the files from my comp onto a blank dvd disc. Unfortunately Cyberlink powerproducer wont work, windows movie maker cant open the files, and i cant even do the normal copying thing. You know, where you click on the file press copy, then paste into the CD/DVD writer window, because it pops up basically saying 'bla bla this aint gonna work so quit trying' someone told me to use dvd shrink, prob is it doesnt work. Coz it cant open the files. I can watch them on my comp but i cant get the fuckers off it! So my pretty lephrachauns and fairies, i can't copy it to a blank disc unless someone can explain what i need to do and how to get it. However i shall continue to try. Otherwise im gonna have to delete it off my comp coz it is taking up a gargantuan amount of space.

Do use DVD shrink it is brilliant really fast.Rips the dvd first then you place an empty disc and the program writes the dvd on the empty disc fast.Reason why it might not work is ur empty DVD-R's that was the thing with me when I first used it all burns used to fail but the problem was the discs I was using.
I can help you with this if you like.

Ok ladies, dvd shrink only works if you have a dvd that you want to burn in your drive. I dont. The dvd was burnt to my comp last year. So On The Rocks and its 2 specials are both on my computer this very moment in time. And i can watch em on DivX players. The files arent too big to put on disc. BUT they obviously need to be converted to another format in order for me to copy em off my comp onto a blank disc. And once they're copied they should play on other comps without the need for the files to already exist on whatever comp they're to play on. So confuzzling. Im thinking of retiring from technology. What do you think?
